The rooms:

Suite nr 1:

Plenty of space (323 sq.ft./30 m2), heigh ceilings (12 ft./3.6 m)for good ventilation and a nice atmosphere, a ceilingfan, individual minisplit airconditioning with remote control, 3 windows and a big double door in Miami Style, a kingsize bed with a high-end matrass, a large size bathroom with 2 handmade sinks made of macedonia stone on a handmade macedonia toptable and a big pressured walk in rain shower. We almost forget to mention the swimming pool view and the sun terrace in the front with 2 comfortable sunbeds and 2 garden chairs. The suite can accomodate a maximum of 2 persons. Suite nr 1 together with its bathroom has 9 lights to create a nice ambiance in the night.

Suite nr 3:

Plenty of space (430 sq. ft./40 m2), heigh ceilings (12 ft./3.6 m) for good ventilation, a ceilingfan, individual minisplit airconditioning with remote control, 4 windows and a big double door in Miami Style, a kingsize bed, a large size bathroom with 2 handmade sinks made of Ticul stone on a handmade Ticul stone toptable and a big pressured rain shower. The floor is made of traditional hand painted tiles which form a carpet.  Suite nr 3 is on the first floor and can accomodate a maximum of 2 persons. Sunbeds and garden chairs are available. Suite nr 2 together with its bathroom has 11 lights to create a nice ambiance in the night.

Suite nr 2:

Plenty of space (485 sq.ft./45 m2), heigh ceilings (12 ft./3.6m) for a good atmosphere and roomclimate, 2 ceilingfans, 4 windows and 2 big double doors in Miami Style, 2 queensize beds with high end matrasses , hammock hooks, a large size bathroom with 2 sinks made of macedonia stone on a handmade macedonia toptable, individual minisplit airconditioning with remote control , a 2 person hydrojet jacuzzi and a big seperate pressured walk in rain shower. With the swimming pool view, 2 sunbeds and 2 garden chairs, a hammock chair, this rooms has everything to feel confortable. The room can accomodate easily 4 people. The room and bathroom has 15 lights to create a nice ambiance in the night.

For your comfort all suites have:

• Daily maid service.
• Flatscreen televsion 32" or more large.
• Cable television with 75 channels.
• Dvd player.
• Minibar.
• Big size pool towels.
• Handmade furniture and windows.
• High end matrasses and sheets
• Airconditioner with remote.
• All doors are handmade and measure at least 2.20m.

• Breakfast is available from 8:00 am till 10:00 am.
• There is high speed internet adsl / WIFI in the building and on the terrace.
• There are books and dvd's in different languages available at the reception.
• There is skype available to make low cost international phonecalls.
• We can call taxi - we book tours as you wish..
• Our maid can do laundry for you at a small additional cost

Rates B&B Merida Santiago 2010:

Reservations:

• Please email us at yucatan-holiday@hotmail.com if you are interested to make a reservation.
• When you decide to stay with us, we require a 50% deposit of the total rental sum.
• For paying the deposit; we accept most major credit cards through PayPal.

The Balance:

• The balance can be paid on arrival.
• For paying the balance we can only accept cash in Mexican Pesos.
• As exchange rate for USD to Mexican Pesos we use Yahoo or Google Currency Converter.

Cancellation:

• If the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 20% service fee.
• If canceled less then 60 but at least 30 days prior to arrival, one half of the deposit is refundable.
• No refund if canceled less then 30 days prior to arrival.

Important:

• Because of safety. Due to the dept of the swimming pool children needs to be under parental guidance all times in the B&B.
• Smoking is not allowed in the building.Please smoke in the front garden
• We ask you to pay a deposit of 500 Mexican pesos of a similar value in another currency on arrival. We will pay this deposit back on returning the keys.
• Check out at 11:00 am. - Check in from 14:00 pm. If it's possible we can be flexible in this.
